ReLaunch Your Career with Trane Technologies Returnship Program
Not all careers follow the same path, and many talented professionals step away from the workplace for a period of time. Getting back into the workforce can be challenging.
That’s why we developed ReLaunch – a 12-week, paid "returnship" opportunity for experienced professionals who have taken a break from their careers and are ready to put their passion and expertise back to work. Apply to an engineering or supply chain returnship position here.
Participants receive professional development, mentoring, training and networking opportunities across the company. Senior team members guide participants through meaningful and challenging projects with environmentally responsible products and services that are tied to Trane Technologies' role as a global climate innovator.
Those who complete the program successfully will be evaluated and considered for full-time employment. Read how Belinda Caspari relaunched her engineering career, and how Patty Christgau landed her dream job by taking advantage of this opportunity.
At Trane Technologies, our talented people are what set us apart, and we strive to create an inclusive work environment that values the whole person, personally and professionally. And we're always looking for outstanding professionals to join our diverse team of climate innovators.
We are currently accepting applications for ReLaunch candidates for a 12-week Engineering or Supply Chain returnship beginning in September 2021. We are excited about the opportunity to help qualified professionals to relaunch their careers.
