Welcoming the Tech Generation of Talent

At Trane Technologies our commitment to the development of the next generation of talent remains steadfast. We are thrilled to open our virtual doors to over 150 interns and co-op students for the summer of 2020. Maintaining our commitment has taken some new levels of creativity and ingenuity to ensure the continued success of our early career programs virtually.
While we expect this summer to be unlike any before, our team has worked hard to create a rewarding experience for each of you. To embrace the new dynamics of working virtually, we've added new tools and resources, like a guide for working remotely for both you and your manager. We are matching you with a buddy from our Accelerated Development Program who can help you navigate the organization, even if you aren't onsite each day. We have training available on skills such as, virtual presentations and networking. And we've established a task force with the mission to support you throughout your time with Trane Technologies.
We also know we have a lot to learn and gain from your experience and perspectives, like using technology as a way of life.
I want to thank you, and our team leaders, who have adapted so fluidly to this evolving business landscape. If you face all challenges as boldly as you have approached this one, you'll do great things.
