Should I apply by specific function, or just apply to the ADP in general?
You should apply to the ADP related to your specific function of
interest – the one in which you have relevant working experience and
education. If you don't have relevant working experience or education
in the functional area for which you apply, you will not meet the
eligibility requirements of the program.
What happens after my ADP rotations are completed?
Throughout the course of your program, you will undergo development discussions with both your program manager and your advisor to determine the best career path for you, given your interests, goals and experiences. Towards the end of your last rotation, we’ll partner with you to align your interests with our business needs and available roles. You will be actively involved in the process and will interview for your placement as an ADP graduate. ADP alumni are expected to maintain geographic flexibility upon completion of the program.
