Enterprise Learning

Our Enterprise Learning was established in 2003 to provide strategic education to develop business leaders, strategic competencies and to drive one Trane Technologies culture.  Over the years, it has remained aligned with business strategy to ensure learning programs drive direct business outcomes and build the strategic capabilities needed to achieve our Path to Premier Performance.
 
The Enterprise Learning's leadership development solutions include custom executive education programs, developed in partnership with some of the top executive education partners in the world (i.e. Duke Corporate Education).  Additionally, it offers all managers the opportunity to develop themselves with a blend of online and classroom learning through our People Leader and Experienced People Leader Roadmaps.

It also supports the strategic initiatives of the company, providing targeted learning to develop capabilities needed to drive these initiatives. This includes learning to drive Operational Excellence; a Progressive, Diverse, and Inclusive Environment; Growth and Innovation.

Finally, our Enterprise Learning provides online courses in multiple languages, available to all employees for professional and personal development.
