With sustainability at the core of our business, we make continual adjustments to improve energy efficiency in our operations, reduce GHG emissions, limit water use, and generate less waste. By pushing the boundaries of innovation and engaging with stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships, we are developing new technologies and asking more of ourselves and our partners to drive progress. Our 2030 Sustainability Commitments guide us as we make progress towards a more sustainable future. 

Our ambitious approach to climate change solutions led us to set science-based targets toward a path to net-zero by 2050:

  • Reduce our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% below 2019 levels by 2030.
  • Reduce Scope 3 emissions by 55% per cooling ton by 2030.
  • Reach net-zero GHG emissions across our value chain by 2050 from a 2019 baseline.
