Mark Majocha

Mark Majocha is the president of the Residential HVAC business for Trane Technologies. In this role, he leads the strategic roadmap to serve customers, advance the company’s sustainability commitments, and drive profitable growth across the business. 

With nearly thirty years of experience at Trane Technologies, Mark has built a distinguished career through leadership roles of increasing responsibility and impact. Most recently, he served as president of Trane Supply. He has also served as vice president and chief accounting officer for the company, and held multiple finance leadership roles spanning Commercial HVAC Americas, Compression Technology and Services, Global Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering & Technology, Industrial Technologies, and Climate Solutions North America. In addition, Mark served as vice president of corporate development, where he led the company’s mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and oversaw the separation management office through the successful separation of the industrial segment—a pivotal step in shaping Trane Technologies as a focused climate innovator. 

Mark held finance leadership positions at Honeywell and WESCO International, experiences that broadened his perspective and strengthened his financial and operational expertise. 

Mark is known for his deep financial acumen, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to fostering a positive and performance driven culture. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clarion University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.
