Hillary Gray
Hillary Gray is the director of innovation at Trane Technologies, where she leads the strategy, development and advancements of next-generation thermal management and advanced cooling systems for AI data centers.
With more than 20 years of engineering leadership, she has a proven track record of transforming global engineering operations, spearheading sustainability initiatives and accelerating speed-to-market for high-impact industrial technologies.
Prior to her role at Trane Technologies, Hillary served as director of business transformation and director of engineering operations at Carrier.
She is passionate about developing systems and solutions that address the energy and water challenges facing next-generation AI and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure.
Hillary holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University, a dual executive MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and the University of Manchester, and a Business Sustainability Strategy Certificate from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
