Gary Guo

Gary Guo is senior vice president, chief integrated supply chain officer for Trane Technologies plc. In this role, Gary oversees Trane Technologies’ global integrated supply chain, including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, environmental health and safety, advanced manufacturing technology and operational excellence. 

Gary joined the company in 2025 with deep expertise in manufacturing, logistics, and global operations across multiple Fortune 500 organizations. Throughout his career, he has driven large-scale operational transformation, digital innovation and significant improvements in efficiency, cost management, environmental sustainability and performance across diverse industries and international markets.

Previously, Gary served as president of global supply chain for The Coca-Cola Company, where he led the company’s worldwide supply chain strategies, including a network of more than 200 bottling partners and 900 manufacturing sites. He has also held global supply chain and operations leadership roles at 3M, Amazon and Alibaba.

Gary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
