Senior Vice President, Global Integrated Supply Chain
Keith Sultana is senior vice president, global integrated supply chain of Trane Technologies. In this role, Keith leads procurement, real estate, logistics, environmental health and safety, and other operational services.
Keith has held several leadership roles across our manufacturing operations and supply chain since joining the company in 2008. Before his current leadership role, Keith served as senior vice president of global operations and integrated supply chain from 2015-2020. As leader of the global integrated supply chain (GISC), Keith was responsible for operational excellence; manufacturing, inventory & operations planning (SIOP) & materials management; global procurement; advanced manufacturing engineering (AME) & quality; and environmental, health & safety.
Previously, Keith served as vice president of GISC for Industrial Technologies. He then oversaw GISC for several regions and functions including for the company’s climate solutions segment and later as the vice president of GISC for Trane North America and EMEA. He has also served as vice president for the global procurement team.
Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Keith was with General Electric for 17 years where he held various operations and distribution leadership roles.
Keith has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University.
