Karin De Bondt

Karin De Bondt is the senior vice president and chief strategy officer for Trane Technologies, where she leverages her extensive global business and strategy experience to lead the company's enterprise strategy, fueling growth and maximizing profitability. Under her leadership, Karin’s team drives the enterprise strategy forward through strategic mergers and acquisitions, global business development and high-impact investments and partnerships.

Since joining Trane Technologies in 2013, Karin has held a variety of senior leadership positions, significantly contributing to the company’s growth in the Americas and globally. Most recently, she served on the executive leadership team as the president of Thermo King Americas. Karin began her career at DHL, where she held senior leadership roles in finance, product management, marketing and sales.

Karin is a member of the Executive Committee of Manufacturers Alliance and the board of directors of Qnity Electronics. She holds a master’s degree in economics from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, and a diplome d’administration des entreprises from Université de Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
