Oakley Roberts
Oakley Roberts is President, Data Centers for Trane Technologies, where he leads the company’s data center strategy within Commercial HVAC Americas. He oversees integrated solutions for advanced data center environments, including modular deployments, high-performance thermal technologies, intelligent controls, and software analytics. His focus is on full system integration to help customers improve performance, resilience, uptime, and optimization for mission-critical AI infrastructure. Previously, Oakley served as Vice President of Product Management for Commercial HVAC Americas and VP of Innovation for the enterprise brand. With more than 20 years at Trane Technologies, he has led growth, innovation, and transformation across the business.
